Hours
The spa & fitness center is open Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Punctuality
In order to enjoy our spa experience, we recommend you arrive at the spa at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment so you can have time to relax and enjoy our spa facilities: sauna, steam bath and Jacuzzis.
Cancellation Policy
If you want to delay or cancel your appointment, please notify the Spa at least six hours prior to your scheduled appointment. The cancellation of packages or private groups must be a week in advance. We will need a credit card number to make appointments for packages of four or more people.
Payment Methods
All the treatments and the use of the spa facilities have an additional charge. We accept credit cards and cash. If you are staying at the hotel you can charge it to your room.
Clothing
We have dressing rooms in the spa, so you may arrive in your street clothes. We provide bathrobes, slippers and lockers to store your personal items. Please wear bathing suits to use our steam bath and hot tubs.
Age
The spa facilities may only be used by persons 18 years old and over.
Cell Phone and Pager Use
In consideration of others, please turn off cell phones and pagers while you are in the spa.
