Craps – The Fun Way to Gamble

The great thing about this dice game is that you can play it almost anywhere, which means you can play it right here in Panama at the Veneto Casino. If you’re afraid to approach the table because you don’t know how to play, here are some basics to get you started:

Shooter – The shooter is the person who is throwing the dice.
Come-out Roll – The come-out roll is the first time the shooter rolls the dice.
Pass and Don’t Pass Lines – When you bet in craps, you’ll either do it on the pass line or the don’t pass line.

If you bet on the pass line, you hope the shooter (which could be you) rolls a seven or eleven. If a two, three, or twelve is rolled instead, it’s called craps, and you lose, but those who bet on the don’t pass line win. However, if a four, five, six, eight, nine, or ten is rolled, it is now considered a pass line point. If the shooter manages to roll that number again before rolling a seven, anyone who bet on the pass line wins. If the shooter rolls a seven, the don’t pass bettors win and the pass bettors lose.
